Luxury underwater hotel in Dubai

The beautiful city of United Arab Emirates - Dubai - can truly be the title of the Seven Wonders of the country. Such architectural masterpieces as the highest hotel in the world «Marriott Hotels» («Marriott") and Tower «Burj Khalifa» («Burj Khalifa"), has become a feature of the resort.

To implement this ambitious plan construction company of Drydocks World Bubba signed a contract with BIG InvestConsult from Switzerland to build a network of underwater hotels, the first of which will be Water Discus Hotel. The project was created in the underwater hotel architectural office Deep Ocean Technology (DOT).

The appearance of the building is very unique in tune with the spirit of the Arabian Nights.

Futuristic architecture of the building consists of two parts - the underwater and above water. Both levels, much like the huge wheels, connected by three vertical supports. The central part of the "drive" talk to each other "tunnel" pillar within which are elevators and stairs, through which guests are in their "hidden" numbers.

Water part of the disc-shaped hotel is designed for walking - it is on the terrace garden with exotic plants. Also, there is a well equipped SPA-center and outdoor pool. And to ensure quick and easy move guests to the "mainland" and back on the top "drive" is located helipad.

In the underwater part of the hotel, which is located on the 10-meter depth, will be room, the windows of which guests can admire the beautiful depths of the ocean.

The lower part of the hotel embodies not only a diving center and a luxury bar, and 21 living room with huge windows, each of which is designed for two people.

Architects and designers are very well thought out placement of lights, with whom is very convenient to watch from the windows of the underwater scenery and marine life. And so you can better view the smallest details of what's on the other side of the hotel windows, each room is equipped with a special monitor with a macro. The cameras are also installed on the mini-submersibles, operated by remote from the premises of the hotel.

In general, all the guests a unique hotel will enjoy maximum integration with the underwater world, with a secure communication with the local fauna and flora.

I should add that the entire structure of the hotel was built with the view of increased security and can withstand the most severe weather conditions, including tsunamis. The design of the hotel introduced a unique design, which in the case of danger to the underwater part of the hotel make an emergency ascent to the surface.
